I trained through an ICF accredited program at The School of Trauma-Informed Positive Psychology. I am a fully insured Trauma-Informed Coach, specialising in coaching individuals navigating day to day life with ADHD, autism, trauma and stress. My coaching style is grounded in compassion, realistic and practical support, alongside evidence-informed methods that honour both the brain and body.
In addition, I hold training in data protection, safeguarding vulnerable adults and children, and equality and diversity, all of which reflect my commitment to providing a safe, inclusive and ethical coaching space.
My approach is grounded in emotional safety, empathy, and deep listening, shaped by my own lived experience, including being late-diagnosed as neurodivergent myself and grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide at a young age. These experiences gave me not only insight, but a deep drive to create a space where others feel truly seen, supported, and accepted.
In sessions, I integrate coaching structure, somatic (body-based) tools, nervous system regulation, and mindset work, always adapted for trauma sensitivity and neurodivergent minds. Whether we are exploring boundaries, behaviour patterns, and emotional regulation, I hold a safe space where you never need to mask or perform.
I created Neuro Clarity because I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live authentically and in a way that supports their growth, honours their individuality, and helps them move through life with more clarity, confidence, and compassion.
Please note: Coaching is not therapy or a substitute for mental health treatment or support.
